Introduction
The FMM Malaysian Food Manufacturing Group (FMM MAFMAG) was established on September 24, 1984 under the aegis of the Federation of Malaysian Manufacturers to represent the interest of the manufacturers in the food industry
Objectives
- To be a cohesive group promoting cooperation among the food processing industries in Malaysia
- To promote the development of the food processing industries in Malaysia by formulating recommendations on investment incentives, market protection and other measures
- To serve as a channel of communication between the food processing industries and the Government on matters of particular concern and interest to such industries
- To promote the interests of Malaysian food processing industries in the ASEAN context, through active participation in the activities of the ASEAN-CCI and the ASEAN Federation of Food Processing Industries
