Job Description

Organization Production Planning, Execution, and Equipment Management System
Formulate Medium- and Long-Term Development Plans, Annual Production and Sales Plans
Manage Equipment Procurement, Maintenance, and Optimization
Responsible for Production Safety Education and Ensuring Compliance with Safety Regulations
Supervise Daily Production Activities, Identify and Resolve Issues
Conduct Production Statistical Analysis and Provide Improvement Suggestions
Implement Cost Control Measures and Reduce Production Costs
Communicate with Top Management to Ensure Smooth Factory Operations

Required Skills & Minimum Qualifications

Associate degree or higher, majoring in production management, quality management, logistics management, industrial engineering, or related fields
At least 5 years of work experience in a manufacturing company, focusing on workshop management, production planning, or equipment management
Familiar with ISO9001, ISO14001, GMPC, and other related knowledge
Possess knowledge of production site management, production planning, and material planning in cosmetics and food industries, safety management knowledge, process equipment management knowledge, procurement and supply management knowledge, and quality control knowledge
Familiar with the operations and processes of departments involved in the manufacturing of food products, with knowledge of quality management systems specific to the cosmetics industry. Capable of guiding teams to improve factory operations processes.
Proficient in production planning and on-site management, with expertise in all aspects of production manufacturing
