RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To handle new and existing customer enquiries and correspondence,
- To prepare/approve quotations for flavours and transport.
- Liaise with R&D & Sales Team on sample matching and development priority.
- Maintain and update summary of new R&D matching and Developments.
- To prepare quarterly price review for flavours and regular transportation/courier price reviews.
- Ensure that competitive freight rates and reliable forwarders are obtained to meet the shipping schedule.
- To maintain, post and update status of Customer Relation Management System (CRM).
- To coordinate, reply and follow up on customer's complaint and product return. Ensure that all customer complaints are attended and resolved properly.
- To coordinate and apply export forms and documentation.
- To maintain ISO Procedure for Marketing Department.
- To prepare and analyse customer survey, written complaint, product return and R&D matching.
- Regular review of minimum stock list of finished goods and providing forecast for critical items.
- Conduct quarterly review of margin for top products and work with R&D and Production to find ways to improve margin.
- Update and coordinate sample feedback from sales managers (compiled by SSMM) in CRM.
- To assist in marketing activities (e.g. exhibition, promotion, website, directories, etc).
- To relieve Marketing Coordinator (when absent) in handling of sample requests and distribution, customer feedback and ongoing customer correspondence.
- Any other matters that may be assigned for from time to time.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree or Master's Degree in any field.
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in SUBANG JAYA.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
Remuneration will commensurate with experience and capabilities.
